Goals

I’m a big believer in goal setting. I don’t like to set super long-term goals, but manageable, obtainable and realistic goals. These are goals I have set for myself to reach in the next three to four months. There is nothing wrong with not reaching your goal, but if you don’t have one then you don’t know where you are trying to go and you won’t know when you get there.

The Lifts:

Back Squat – 250 265

Front Squat – 200  215

Squat Clean – 175 185  200

Clean and Jerk – 175 185  200

Snatch – 135 145

Overhead Squat – 165 175 185

Bench Press – 155 165

Dead Lift – 315

Shoulder Press – 110

Skills:

Muscle Ups – eight consecutive

Handstand Push Ups – twenty consecutive

L-Sit – 1 minute

Handstand Walk – 20 feet unbroken  30 feet unbroken  50 feet unbroken
